Responsible for strategic financial oversight, fiscal governance and strategic planning of the Indian subsidiary. This role focuses on ensuring that local financial operations are conducted with the standards of integrity, adhering to local statutory requirements while remaining aligned with the global financial frameworks and corporate governance established by the Group.

Responsibilities & Duties

Strategic Financial Management & Local Governance:

  • Oversee and manage the financial health, liquidity, and fiscal sustainability of the Indian subsidiary.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct specialized training programs for local technicians and operators on advanced thermoforming techniques and safety protocols.

Systems Integration & Technical Knowledge Transfer:

  • Lead the deployment and optimization of the Group’s proprietary financial systems within the Indian entity to ensure standardized data quality and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct technical knowledge transfer and training for the Indian financial team regarding the Group’s specialized reporting structures and accounting methodologies.

Reporting & Advisory:

  • Oversee the preparation of the subsidiary’s financial statements and management report in accordance with IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards.
  • Provide financial analysis and management reports to the board to support informed decision making for the Indian market.

Treasury & Fiscal Risk Mitigation:

  • Manage the subsidiary’s treasury functions, including cash flow optimization.
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors to maintain the subsidiary’s financial transparency and regulatory compliance.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 15-20 years of experience of progressive experience in senior financial management within multinational corporations (MNCs).

Education:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable institution

Responsible for overseeing the thermoforming production lines. This role requires deep technical expertise in thermoform production processing, precision tooling, and sophisticated machinery calibration to ensure global quality standards. The incumbent will lead technical teams, drive process optimization, and spearhead the transfer of specialized technical knowledge to the local workforce.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Technical Process Management: Oversee the setup, calibration, and operation of multi-station thermoforming machines (e.g., Kiefel, or similar high precision-systems).
  • Advanced Troubleshooting: Perform root-cause analysis on complex technical issues involving material distribution, thinning, and thermal fluctuations in polymers.
  • Tooling & Mold Oversight: Supervise the installation, maintenance, and alignment of precision thermoforming Mold and trim tools to ensure product consistency and minimize downtime.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and enforce International Quality Standards (ISO/BRC/HACCP) to ensure products meets stringent food-grade specification.
  • Operational Efficiency: Develop and execute strategies for scrap reduction, energy efficiency, and cycle-time optimization using Lean Manufacturing principles.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Conduct specialized training programs for local technicians and operators on advanced thermoforming techniques and safety protocols.

Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in plastic manufacturing production
  • Minimum 10 years of experience with operating and supervising high speed and high precision thermoforming machines
  • Skilled in English and Thai language

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of plastic materials, thermoforming technology, and production systems.
  • Knowledge of GHPs, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, ISO 14001.
